At TeeOreo, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a refund or store credit, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
Return Options:
- Store Credit: We offer store credit as the first option for returns. Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon that you can use on future purchases at TeeOreo.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: If you do not wish to receive store credit, you may request a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at help@teeoreo.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Please Note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please contact us immediately at help@teeoreo.com. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions. In some cases, we may offer a return, exchange, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
Important: Products that are damaged or worn through misuse will not be accepted for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 14 days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Issued within 5 business days.
- Refunds to Original Payment Method: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for store credit or a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.
